I have a very complicated relationship with this book. I really enjoyed it, but I also didn’t. It’s a weird place to be, so keeping that in mind, I’ll make this a short review.

A part of me is still reeling from how great this book was! I feel over the course of the first four books—and the two novellas—I’ve never really given Fisher Greene much thought, but he’s always been there in the background as the sheriff of Sunrise Bay and as a brooding member of the Greene family, but seeing him in this book made me love him so much.
You know those books you pick up without knowing what to expect from it and then you come out of it completely exhausted because all of your emotions and feelings have been ripped apart and put back together? Yeah, that’s what Paula Dombrowiak did to me with the first two books in the Blood & Bone series.
I know we’re only four books into Piper Rayne’s series featuring the Greene family, but guys, I am obsessed with them. From Marla and Hank’s love story in the free novella to everything that’s happened with Cade/Presley, Adam/Lucy and Nikki/Logan – I am addicted to this family and all the things that they keep finding themselves doing.
Kimberly writes very immersive books, so when these characters are on the run or fighting off the bad guys, you’re right there with them. And when it comes to romantic suspense, you really need to be deep inside the heads of the good guys so you hate the bad guys just as much as they do.
When we first met Reed in The Newspaper Nanny I was really intrigued by him. I should have known that Maren Moore would give us a book and a whole series about the hockey team he’s a part of.
The Enchanted Gods series is over! I am in awe of the world that K.K. Allen created and the stories she was able to tell, because these characters have been a great distraction from the ‘real world’.
I am a sucker for hockey romances and when you toss in a secret pregnancy and all of the college shenanigans you can imagine, you’re treated to a fun, flirty and quick romance.
Ever since I read Stirred, I’ve been looking forward to reading and meeting the rest of the Twisted Fox crew. Sadly, I didn’t get around to doing that before reading this book, but that doesn’t matter! The only thing you’re going to be spoiled for are the couples that get together, but even that is not the end of the world.
Man, how do Piper Rayne do this every single time? I’ve been so excited for Ford’s book and they did not disappoint! At first, I thought this was the end of the Hockey Hotties, but we’re getting three more books, so I’m not that sad anymore.
