If you’ve read the first three books in this series, then you already know what you’re in for with Ana Huang’s storytelling. It’s epic and intense, it’s sexy and beautiful, there’s some danger and there’s some badassery.
Every time I discover another 2022 Debut author, I get really excited. So when I saw someone sharing the cover and blurb for Shannon’s book, I had to get my hands on it.
The Alias and the Altar is a strangers to lovers, marriage of convenience, forced proximity, romantic suspense that has a lot of the tension and stress we witnessed in book one. Sienna and Parker are running from the Family, finding refuge at the ranch where Parker tracked his younger brother down.
If there’s one thing that Corinne Michaels does really well, it’s write an emotionally charged story. The blurb of this book had me hooked and even though I got the gist of it from there, I was still so unsure about what was going to happen. And this book opened with pain and it was so beautifully crafted.
Is anybody surprised that Catherine Cowles wrote another brilliant story? I am seriously loving the way this new series is going, because the Easton family and their tragedies, their wins and losses and watching them fall in love is truly something so special.
Excuse me, Ava Hunter. How did you manage to make me feel SO MANY THINGS through a novella? Like…what even.
Loren took us on one hell of a journey through the Betting On Love series and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I’m still wrapping my head around this incredible world that Loren created, these characters and the stories they have been able to tell for three whole books.
When it comes to Lena Hendrix’s books, the one thing I’m sure to find is a beautifully written story. Lena has a way with words and she weaves a tale that hooks you from the start. And with The Badge and the Bad Boy, it’s the unique concept that really had my attention. Sure, Val and Evan also had me excited, but the idea of a ranch where criminals and those on the run can come to stay safe and protected blew my mind.
I absolutely devoured Kate McWilliams’ debut as soon as it landed on my Kindle and I loved the suspense element that I didn’t see coming! This small town, second chance romance is a great debut and an easy and captivating read.
My god, this book. *chef’s kiss* Catherine Cowles has kicked off her new series with such an emotional, heartbreaking and intense story that I’m not sure I have all the words to express how much I love it. Low on the romance and high on the suspense, Tattered Stars was so beautiful.
