After enjoying the first book in the series and meeting Brady Banks for the first time, I was really excited to see what happened with his book. It was fun and cute, and Piper Rayne have a good way of introducing you to all the other guys who are getting books in the series and making you love them in the process.

As a fan of Piper Rayne, I was obviously bursting at the seams with excitement about another sports series by the duo! I loved the Hockey Hotties series so much and when we got to meet Lee in the last book, I knew I was going to enjoy the shenanigans that the Kingsmen got up to in their books. And Piper Rayne did not disappoint!
As a long time Piper Rayne fan, I was excited when they announced that they’d written a holiday romance. I’m not one for Christmas in real life, but I love reading about people falling in love during the holidays. And obviously when one of my favourite author duos decides to dip their toes into the subgenre, I’m going to be there.
I feel like I’ve spent a good portion of my reading life with the Greene family, so to know that this is the last book (till the 2nd generation series comes out) makes me sad. But also happy, because all of them discovered something about themselves and they’ve found love and happiness of their own.
I feel like of all the Greene siblings, I’ve barely paid attention to Mandi before. Not for anything else but the fact that in the previous seven books, I can’t remember her making too big of an appearance. So it was great to see her in this one and to fully see her for who she is—caring, generous and selfless.
Since this series kicked off, I’ve been waiting for Clara and Xavier’s story and I’m so happy to have finally gotten it. In true Piper Rayne fashion, they wrote a captivating book that I finished in a few hours.
I’m sad that this series is over. As someone who has fallen in love with hockey through this series, I’m gonna miss these guys. But, I’ve also been so greedy for Jana and Kane’s story that to finally have it makes me beyond happy.
one. There were definitely parts that I did like, but there were also some choices that I didn’t.
I never thought I’d meet a hockey hottie that could overthrow Aiden Drake as my favourite Florida Fury player, but Piper Rayne went and created Warner Langley and now Aiden has been demoted to #2. I am loving this series so much and I love that every story not only introduces us to a whole new world of hockey, but it also gives us all of these familiar faces over and over again as we see them become families and so much more.
I can’t believe we’re almost at the end of the Greene family stories! Because I’m not ready to say goodbye. I feel like I became a part of the Sunrise Bay gang and now all I want to do is move to the Alaskan small town, find love with a random stranger and live my best life there. I digress, my love for this family is deep and I am so glad to have been able to experience their stories.
