Calling all nerds and television junkies, this book is a fun adventure for you! Tash Skilton – better known as the writing duo Sarah Skilton and Sarvenaz Tash – have written a friends-to-lovers coming of age story that includes fandoms, nerds and a Hollywood love story. It’s a quirky, fun read with a great group of characters and an interesting journey that everyone goes on in order to find themselves while finding the one they love.

he Cheat Sheet is Sarah’s newest addition to her series of fantastic romantic comedies. One of my favorite things about Sarah’s stories is how relatable her heroines are. They’re beautiful, charming and hilarious, but we can all see a little bit of ourselves in them.
Sometimes you stumble across a book on NetGalley, not knowing what you’re going to get when you start and then suddenly you’re crying and feeling all the feels and falling in love with characters you’ve never met before and adding previous books in the series to your TBR and your Kindle because you just need more!
This book was everything I needed to climb out of my reading slump. It was filled with delicious food, a swoony hockey playing hero and a fantastic heroine. It had all the makings of a perfect dish and I devoured it quickly and without a break, because that’s how much I enjoyed it.
Not too long ago, I read and loved Meet Me At the Lighthouse by Mary Jayne Baker, so I was really excited to find another one of her books available for request on NetGalley. And from the blurb, it sounded like it was going to be an absolute riot with enemies to lovers and childhood lovers reuniting. And it was fun, for a while. I absolutely loved Bridie and Ben, because their relationship was so much fun!
After I fell in love with Hollyn and Jasper in Yes & I Love You, I was so excited to know that Andi was getting her own book. And I was also so nervous because what if I didn’t love Andi’s story as much as Hollyn’s? And then I read this book and I have to say that I am even more in love with Andi than I thought possible. And when you combine Andi with her grumpy (werewolf) hero, Hill – it’s absolute magic.
This is my first Annabeth Albert book and I adored it so much! I didn’t expect to get attached to these characters, but once I started reading, I was sucked into Jasper and Milo’s life so hard that I couldn’t put the book down.
Home Sweet Mess was such a wonderful read, with so much more under the surface than you realise. The story follows independent social worker Jeni Bishop and charming marketing manager Logan Davis as they go on this journey to falling in love and figuring things out.
The Aviatrix was such a treat! It’s a historical romance that is 100% about women empowerment. And Violet Marsh did such a wonderful job crafting this world, the characters and this story.
I loved the premise when I requested it on Netgalley, but I did not expect to love this story as much as I did. From the characters to the setting, the details and the steam – Yes & I Love You delivered such a beautiful story about just trusting in yourself to achieve the best the world has to offer.
