Max Monroe are on a mission—completely destroy us with all the Winslow brothers. I never would have imagined that there would be a bunch of characters wilder and dirtier than Thatcher Kelly and then she gave us these four brothers. They’re all so drastically different, which means that every book is unique and special in some way or the other.
I really loved and enjoyed The Bet when it came out earlier this year and even then, I think I’d already decided that Flynn was my favourite Winslow brother and once I read this book, I knew I was right in thinking that. Because he’s such a big change from Max Monroe’s usual heroes and I loved him so hard.
This might be the hottest Max Monroe book I’ve read. And I mean…Jude and Sophie might put Thatch and Cassie to shame, which is saying a lot. But good god, the heat is ALL THE WAY UP in this book and I loved every minute of it.
Grumpy Cowboy is the third in the Single Dad collection and if you know me at all, know that I love the single parent trope and would read every single book that fulfilled that trope. One thing you can always be sure to get with a Max Monroe book is the fantastic humour, characters with all kinds of quirky personality traits and just absolutely entertaining relationships.
Lauren and Garrett are cute, adorable and hilarious together. And they’re also incredibly hot, sexy and steamy together too. I devoured this book in one sitting, because I do that with every Max Monroe book and because I didn’t want to waste any time getting to experience Garrett’s love. This is exactly what I wanted and needed right now and as always, Max Monroe delivered.
Here’s a quick look at some of my favourite books and authors from 2020!
Ava Lucie and Luke London are truly the most incredible friends ever and I love that despite his feelings for Ava since the day they met, he’s never acted on it.
In true Max Monroe fashion, Single Dad Seeks Juliet delivers the perfect combination of romance, humour, sexiness and family dynamics.
