If you haven’t read the rest of the Stay a Spell series, then please do that first. They’re so brilliant and wonderful and honestly, Juliette Cross could write a 100 more books in this series and I would be totally fine with it.

Catrin and Zeke have a grump x sunshine and an enemies to lovers to benefits relationship, which is always fun. I’m not sure if their reasons for being ‘enemies’ was valid, but I enjoyed the enemies with benefits part of it, because that felt more fun and believable.
Star Bright follows Kimberleigh Cress as she navigates life leading up to the release of a big movie and heading into another production, while battling with Hollywood nemesis Spencer Devlin who once did an interview with her that got him blacklisted from her career.
This is my first book by Jackie Ashenden, but it certainly won’t be my last. I am obsessed with her writing and her storytelling, it’s so immersive and beautiful. I am totally captivated by the visual picture she painted of this small New Zealand town and all I wanted to do was visit this place and never leave.
These Finch siblings just keep getting better and better. How is that even possible? I absolutely loved Cameron and Annie in Fool’s Gold and now, Jenny Bunting has given us Reid and Whitney in Gold Rush and I don’t think I have enough words to express just how fantastic this book, these characters and this relationship was.
I am seriously loving Katia Rose’s small town sapphic romances and I hope there’s more. Because after the wonderful softness of This Used to Be Easier, reading this frenemies/rivals to lovers book was such a treat.
As someone who is not a big fan of the enemies to lovers trope, I went into this book very carefully and nervously. But I came out of it in tears and with my heart racing because Nellie and Cal completely transformed my life. These characters evolve into an enemies with benefits situation that is all kinds of hot and lemme just say that Willa Nash (aka Devney Perry) has a magical touch when it comes to all of her stories. I have loved every minute of these Calamity, Montana books and I never want this series to end!
My god, this book. *chef’s kiss* Catherine Cowles has kicked off her new series with such an emotional, heartbreaking and intense story that I’m not sure I have all the words to express how much I love it. Low on the romance and high on the suspense, Tattered Stars was so beautiful.
When it comes to Ana Huang books, you know you’re in for a wild ride. But it’s not just the exceptional steam that gets my attention about these books, it’s the depth of these characters, the trauma they’ve suffered and overcome, the strength that’s both obvious and hidden and the relationships they build with everyone else in the books.
Annie Dyer’s storytelling and the characters she’s introduced in this series have me hooked. I am completely obsessed with the football teams and I can’t wait to see what happens next! This grump x sunshine, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, sports romance was nothing like I expected, but everything that I needed when I was reading it.
