Review: “My Famous Frenemy” by Piper Rayne

I can’t believe we’re almost at the end of the Greene family stories! Because I’m not ready to say goodbye. I feel like I became a part of the Sunrise Bay gang and now all I want to do is move to the Alaskan small town, find love with a random stranger and live my best life there. I digress, my love for this family is deep and I am so glad to have been able to experience their stories.

Review: “Meet Me in the Margins” by Melissa Ferguson

Despite a lot of the mixed reviews that I read, I quite enjoyed Meet Me in the Margins. I loved the premise and the concept and as a budding author, I felt all of Savannah’s struggles in trying to get her manuscript perfected and picked up by a publisher. I liked the mystery (even though we obviously knew who her secret editor was) and the little world that Melissa Ferguson had built in Pennington Publishing.

Review: “The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea” by Elizabeth O’Roark

I read and loved A Deal with the Devil last year and fell in love with Elizabeth O’Roark’s writing. I also fell in love with Drew Wilson through the bits we saw of her and Tali together. But when she announced this book, I didn’t know I would fall so deeply in love with Drew and Josh, that I would be thinking about them for days after finishing the book.

Review: “Put Me in Detention” by Meghan Quinn

I want to start this review by stating that while this book wasn’t entirely for me, it doesn’t mean it won’t be perfect for you. All the opinions in this review are my own and my feelings for how the story unravelled. Keeping that in mind, please know that Meghan Quinn is an author I admire and will continue to read, but this book just didn’t do it for me. And that’s okay!

Review: “The Surprise Seduction” by Amy Alves

When Amy announced The Surprise Seduction, I was salivating at the thought of an age gap and a sibling’s best friend romance that featured everyone’s favourite doctor. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into with this book, but I’d like to say that I am wholly and completely unprepared to write this review, because this book did so much for me, I am speechless. However, I will do my best to articulate my feelings.
