There’s just something about the bodyguard trope that does it for me. I love heroes that will burn down the world to protect the heroine – not only because it’s his job, but because he just loves her so much he doesn’t know how else to express it. And with Bridget and Rhys you get so much delicious sexual tension, chemistry and explosive steam that once you start, you won’t be able to put the book down.
