I did adore this book and while it took me some time to really get invested in it, I found myself cheering Jamie on as she got all the way to the end.
I absolutely adore friends-to-lovers and the relationship and friendship between Brooke and Dylan was so damn cute.
Rocky is my favourite Max Monroe heroine. Harrison is my favourite Max Monroe hero. Let’s just start with that.
The fifth book in the Slice series, is by far my favourite of them all. Almost as if Hunter kept this for the end, knowing just how much everyone would love Thea and Sully.
The slow burn in this book will set you on fire. It’s insane how two characters who exchange mostly words and frustrations can make you hot under the collar.
It had all the makings of a smart, sexy, funny book filled with strong female friendships, smart women in kickass jobs and men who you couldn’t help but swoon over.
When was the last time you read a coming of age book that made you laugh and smile and cringe all at the same time? Because I can’t remember when that happened to me. But “It Sounded Better In My Head” by Nina Kenwood was absolutely perfect.
Gosh, guys. I didn’t know what to expect going into this book, but I loved every minute of it. It had all the humour and warm cuddles and smart dialogue that I enjoy in a book.
I love being introduced to new books, authors and genres. But being introduced to Kennedy L. Mitchell is now officially my favourite thing in the world.
It was funny and witty and smart and it was also incredibly sexy and drool-worthy – not just because of the beefcake, but because of all those damn cupcakes!
