Chasing Down the Dream is the first book in a new series featuring various different authors as they tell stories of couples living in the small town of Oak Bend, Michigan. The 8 book series sounds like it’s going to be a fun time and I’m looking forward to meeting different residents of this small town!
When K. Bromberg announced that Finn Sanderson was getting his own book, I was excited. If you’ve read the rest of the Play Hard series, then you’ve met Finn. He’s always been the instigator, the guy that pisses everyone off and broke Chase Kincade’s heart. I never thought of Finn as being the hero of a love story.
There’s just something about Clara Elroy’s writing that sucks you into the story from the minute you open the book. It’s intoxicating and hooks your attention till you reach the final word. In the City of Stars, everyone has a secret and everyone is beautiful, but everyone is also slightly twisted. Which just adds to the excitement of the story.
Jen Morris’ Love in the City series is something truly special. What started with Alex making an impromptu plan to visit New York and then finding love has now turned into all of us falling in love with every other character mentioned in these books. And now in the third installment of the series, we see Harriet going on a journey to find herself while also finding love in the unlikeliest of places!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Adriana Locke writes the best families ever. Everyone loves the Landry gang and the Gibson group, but now we all also love the Mason family. These five boys and their love for their mother blows my mind!
After getting up close and personal with Rhett during his road trip with Hank in the third book of the series, I was really looking forward to seeing how his life and story would play out. And I am happy to announce that I still love Rhett Beauregard and want only the best for him every step of the way.
Make You Miss Me is a deliciously angsty slow burn age gap romance that I think everyone needs to experience at least once in their lives.
Skye writes LGBTQIA+ characters with great finesse and she ensures that their stories are told in the most real and honest ways possible. You can feel their struggles and their fight while on the journey to being comfortable with themselves, to accepting who they are at every step of the way.
I can’t believe this series is over! Stumbling across Sara L. Hudson’s Space series was definitely one of the highlights of my life. Because these books are funny, sassy, smart and sexy and feature the most incredible group of characters.
I can’t believe we’ve reached the end of the Bishop Brothers series! But I have loved watching these brothers fall in love with women that they can’t have or should not have, because it has been an absolute treat and I’m here for it!
