I was excited about Broody Devil. What I did not expect was for my feelings to be completely shattered, my heart filled and ripped apart and put back together all at the same time. Melissa Ivers basically went all out with this story and delivered something so wonderful, I need more people to read this masterpiece.

Is there a trope that Teagan Hunter can’t write? Because I haven’t found it yet. This might be a new trope for Teagan, but she slayed it and I am still all in my feels. Whenever I pick up a book by Teagan, I end up awake at 2am processing my thoughts about the book because that’s when I usually finish reading it. Her books are best enjoyed in one sitting, no lie. And she knocks it out of the park with One-Timer and the wonderful relationship between Hollis and Lowell.
Maddox and Alyssa’s story might just be my favourite of the Blairwood University series. While I haven’t read the first two yet (it’s on my list), I have loved all of these characters through the other stories. But this book ticked all my boxes and I loved everything about this story so much!
If I was to ever write a letter to Elsie Silver it would be to remind her that she’s killed me four (and a half, for that delicious novella that set this whole series in motion) times since I’ve met her and I am absolutely okay with it.
Oof, Kandi Steiner didn’t give me enough of a warning about how this book would make me feel. I always go into Kandi’s stories prepared to cry and/or soul’s been wrung dry. And with Fair Catch I definitely went through all of the feelings.
As someone who is not a big fan of the enemies to lovers trope, I went into this book very carefully and nervously. But I came out of it in tears and with my heart racing because Nellie and Cal completely transformed my life. These characters evolve into an enemies with benefits situation that is all kinds of hot and lemme just say that Willa Nash (aka Devney Perry) has a magical touch when it comes to all of her stories. I have loved every minute of these Calamity, Montana books and I never want this series to end!
Because between Stacy’s fantastic writing, the characters that she’s created and the world that we get to experience, No Match For Her was everything I didn’t know I needed in my life. All the books can be read as a standalone and even though I haven’t met any of the Finley siblings till this point, I felt like I knew them personally already.
My god, this book. *chef’s kiss* Catherine Cowles has kicked off her new series with such an emotional, heartbreaking and intense story that I’m not sure I have all the words to express how much I love it. Low on the romance and high on the suspense, Tattered Stars was so beautiful.
From the moment we met Ryan and Rhodes in Puck Shy, I knew that I was going to absolutely love their book. I just didn’t realise how much it would make me feel. This book took things to a whole new level and I couldn’t stop reading once I started, and yes, it made me feel everything.
I don’t think there are enough words for me to express how much I loved this book. I’ve always loved and admired Milly Beauregard, the only daughter of the family, and after spending four whole books watching her be loved on and teased by her big brothers, it was so great to finally experience her story. And what a story it was!
