Review: “Jasper Vale” by Devney Perry

Well, damn. Devney Perry gave Eloise an incredible story! I have loved the youngest sister of the Eden family and her drive to protect and keep the hotel that’s in her name. I always thought of her as the kindest, sweetest, most generous and hardest working person of the Eden family. Then again, they’re all pretty incredible. But we’ve seen how much Eloise has struggled and how she’s fought to come out on top, so to have her story be all kinds of beautiful made me happy. And don’t even get me started on the grump that is Jasper, oof *fans self*

Review: “Good Girl Fail” by Roni Loren

I’m the kind of Roni Loren fan that will blindly submit myself to reading every single book she writes. I’ve been working through her backlist slowly, but one day, I will have read everything because I am so completely captivated by her storytelling. It’s not just the plots and unique twists that she writes, it’s the way her characters grow on the page as you read the story.

Review: “Hide and Peak” by Victoria Wilder

Victoria Wilder has done it again. I mean, I had no doubt in my mind that she’d give us the most perfect story for Henry and Giselle after all that teasing we got in book one. But I didn’t expect things to go the way they did and I gotta say…I loved every single minute of it. From Victoria’s writing to the plot and the characters, the entire Riggs family and the town of Strutt’s Peak—this book was absolutely perfect.

Review: “Fractured Sky” by Catherine Cowles

Catherine Cowles’ Tattered & Torn series has me in a chokehold, so you can imagine how desperately I was waiting for Shiloh’s book. And not a single minute of it was disappointing. We’ve been watching quiet and cautious Shiloh slowly find her strength through four books, so to have her be able to tell her story, see her fall in love and find the peace she’s been missing for so long was quite something.
