While I had my issues with the story and the way it all came together, I did enjoy Fiona and Keane’s relationship. And I am really looking forward to seeing how Marlowe’s life is turned upside down!

Hotshot was a fast read featuring enemies to lovers in a seriously hot and steamy romance.
When it comes to Kandi Steiner’s books, one thing that I’m always certain I’m going to feel is a sense of being transported to another place. Her descriptions and settings are always so beautifully written that you are no longer on your couch with your kindle and your fingers coated in Cheetos dust.
Her writing, her craftsmanship with the world building and the characters with their relationship building – it was all absolutely perfect.
This one kept me at the edge of my seat from start to finish. It was less about the romance and more about the suspense, which I was totally fine with.
It’s filled with small town drama, warm family feels and pain that can only be expressed in tears. Lenore and Jesse are a treat, but also so complicated.
This second chance, angsty romance was nothing like I expected it to be. What happens when you leave behind the love of your life and then pour all of that love into a book that becomes a bestseller? You deal with the consequences of the book.
