There’s just something about the bodyguard trope that does it for me. I love heroes that will burn down the world to protect the heroine – not only because it’s his job, but because he just loves her so much he doesn’t know how else to express it. And with Bridget and Rhys you get so much delicious sexual tension, chemistry and explosive steam that once you start, you won’t be able to put the book down.
Every so often, you come across a book that makes you feel so much that by the end of it you’re a sobbing mess. And that’s exactly what The Last Kiss will do to you.
Jenny Bunting is the queen of funny, heartfelt, sexy and steamy stories. Every single one of her books has had me laughing, swooning and fanning myself all at the same time.
Ah, an age gap novella with all the steam you can enjoy. I think Mimi Flood knows what gets me going, because this novella was a quick read and steamy. But, it was also filled with feels and heart and two characters who capture your attention from the moment they step onto the page.
After I fell in love with Hollyn and Jasper in Yes & I Love You, I was so excited to know that Andi was getting her own book. And I was also so nervous because what if I didn’t love Andi’s story as much as Hollyn’s? And then I read this book and I have to say that I am even more in love with Andi than I thought possible. And when you combine Andi with her grumpy (werewolf) hero, Hill – it’s absolute magic.
I cannot believe we’ve reached the end of the Kings of the Water series, because I was just getting attached to these characters. Now I have to accept that I must let them go and I’m not ready to do that just yet. But, Jasmin did save the swooniest for the last, because Hunter Kinney is absolute perfection.
I think there needs to be a genre that is specifically designated for Kandi Steiner’s books, because this one was absolutely beautiful. Kandi is a master weaver when it comes to telling stories that hook you right from the start and Say Yes was no different.
Carrie Aarons has done it again! And not only is Control Artist a great read, it’s also the hottest in the Callahan Family series. Dahlia Akana and Garrett Chester are seriously so good together and the sexual tension, the steam…it’s all just so hot.
This is my first Catherine Cowles book and good lord, it was beautiful. I loved the premise of the book, but I didn’t know what I was going to experience as I went into it. The characters were so well crafted and beautiful, and the story so powerful. I loved every minute of this book because it dug deep into my heart and soul and made me feel so much for these characters.
Ah, Jenna Hartley, you write such a great romance! And another age gap romance, which only makes it that much more enticing. Inevitable is an angsty, workplace, dad’s best friend, age gap and forbidden romance that will leave you panting for more and wishing for your own Jonathan.
