Look at this cover! It’s so beautiful and it really nicely depicts the story of Vassa and Lazarus, but what the cover also doesn’t show is just how deep this story runs! It Started with a List is a fantastic debut and one that’s got me excited for what Tinia Montford has coming next!

Kaye Rockwell’s debut shook me to my core in all the right ways. Glad You Exist is a young adult contemporary romance and while it tackles all of the teenage woes of being in love with your best friend, dealing with friendships and straddling the line of being a good daughter and a good friend; this book also tackles some really heavy topics.
The premise of the book hooked me with promises of two academic Black queer women who find each other many years since their last interaction and fall in love. Plus, with Madrid as a backdrop, I was really eager to dive into this.
The Wedding Planners follows Jemma and Nash as they navigate life in New York while being forced to plan a wedding together, days after they shared the hottest night of their lives, working around their feelings for each other and their struggles with finding themselves in the mess of it all. It’s a fun, sexy and beautiful read that I think everyone desperately needs in their lives.
I’d like to take a minute to just stand up and clap for the masterpiece that is Natasha Bishop’s debut novel. Because this book was EVERYTHING! While a steamy romantic suspense with two brilliant leads, Where We Found Our Home is about so much more than just that.
This book was so wonderful! Open Lanes is Mary Morano’s debut novel and it was such a good time! And it featured one of my favourite tropes of all time – road trips – so that only made this book that much more exciting and lovely to me.
Finding You is an emotional rollercoaster of a romance, and it’s also a wonderful debut by Lena Hendrix. This small town brother’s best friend romance is full of heart, steam and lots of great feels.
