When K. Bromberg announced that Finn Sanderson was getting his own book, I was excited. If you’ve read the rest of the Play Hard series, then you’ve met Finn. He’s always been the instigator, the guy that pisses everyone off and broke Chase Kincade’s heart. I never thought of Finn as being the hero of a love story.
Unlike most people reading K. Bromberg, I am mostly new to her books, but I am completely and entirely in love with the Play Hard series, the strong women and their love for sports meeting delicious men who play said sports and the relationships they form.
I just did not expect to have my heart feel this way at the end of it all! Hard to Score covers many of my favourite tropes – sports romance, second chance romance, childhood friends – and K. Bromberg masterfully combines all of this together in one very addictive story.
Hard to Hold is a beautiful, angsty, sexy, football filled story that follows Lennox Kincade and Rush McKenzie.
“Flirting with 40” was a lighthearted, fun read. The characters were fun too, making you want to soak it all up at one go. Blakely and Slade’s chemistry was sweet, more than hot.
